Reserved Rights; Limitations. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as conferring any rights by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under any Intellectual Property Rights, other than the rights expressly granted in this Agreement with respect to the Licensed Patent Claims. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by Licensor. Subject to the rights granted in Article II and Article III, Licensor and each of Licensor’s Affiliates (as applicable) retain all of their respective right, title, and interest in and to the Licensed Patent Claims.
