The Grantor expressly reserves and retains the right, at any time and from time to time, by a notice in writing signed by an authorized officer of the Grantor and filed with the Eligible Lender Trustee, to withdraw from the corpus of the Trust Estate any or all of the Trust Estate, so long as such withdrawal will not adversely affect any of the benefits that the Trust Student Loans are entitled to under the Act.
