Residency Information for Production Incentives. Employees must provide Canadian and Provincial residency information sufficient to ensure that the production company is eligible to receive the federal and provincial incentives, including tax credits, on or before the first day of employment. The Personal Information Protection Act applies to the collection, use and disclosure of this information. Each Employer shall provide the Union with its particular residency documentation requirements, and shall notify the Union in the event of any changes to those requirements. At the commencement of production, the Employer will notify Employees of its particular residency documentation requirements. The residency documentation required by the Employer may include:
