Resident Agrees. Resident agrees to make payments of all housing fees specified in Payment section of this agreement, to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and the Residence Life Office that are by reference a part of this contract, and to honor the terms and conditions stated in this contract. Housing policies can be found on the Residence Life Website, and University policies on the Xxxx of Students Website.
Resident Agrees a. Resident agrees to abide by the terms of this Contract.
b. Resident agrees to observe all rules and regulations of the University of Minnesota Duluth, and the Department of Housing & Residence Life as listed in the Housing Guidebook, and all relevant federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.
c. Resident agrees to make payment of all fees as specified by the University of Minnesota Board of Regents.
Resident Agrees. Resident agrees to make payment of all fees; resident acknowledges and agrees that this contract is subject to all rules, policies and regulations of Fort Xxxx State University deemed applicable by the University, which resident further acknowledges may change from time to time and expressly agrees to comply with, and which are by reference a part of this contract; and, resident agrees to honor the terms and conditions stated in this contract. Furthermore, resident agrees to abide by all state and federal laws. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to and including eviction from university housing. Disciplinary action may also be taken by the university in accordance with the Student Code of Conduct and other university policies.
Resident Agrees. You agree to make payments of all fees specified in the #6 PAYMENT section of this agreement, to observe all guidelines and policies of Olivet Nazarene University which are by reference a part of this contract, and to honor the terms and conditions stated in this contract.
Resident Agrees a) Resident agrees to make payment of all fees specified by the Minnesota State Board of Trustees, to observe all rules and regulations of Minnesota State Mankato and the Department of Residential Life as listed in the Residential Life Summer Student Guide, and to abide by the terms of the Contract.
b) Resident agrees to conduct themself in a manner that allows the quiet enjoyment of the residence communities by other residents.
Resident Agrees. To comply with all of the laws and city and county ordinance affecting the use or occupation of the Premises; including the New York State Public Health Law.
Resident Agrees a) Resident agrees to abide by the terms of this Contract.
b) Resident agrees to observe all rules and regulations of Minnesota State University, Mankato, and the Department of Residential Life as listed in the
c) Resident agrees to conduct themselves in a manner that allows the quiet enjoyment of the residence communities by other residents.
d) Resident agrees to make payment of all fees as specified by the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities and Universities Board of Trustees.
e) Resident agrees to receive notices of housing reservations, changes, housing facility information, emergency notices, and other Residential Life information via telephone or text message to the mobile number provided in the housing application.
Resident Agrees. You, as the resident, agree to:
a. Make complete payments of all ORL fees, including the $75.00 deposit unless a deferment has been approved by the Director of Residence Life or the Director’s designee;
b. Abide by policies and procedures located on the ORL website and all rules and regulations of the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this contract;
c. Honor the terms and conditions stated in this contract; and
d. Read and act upon all electronic communications sent by ORL.
Resident Agrees. A.
(1) That resident nor any of resident’s visitors will smoke (this includes chewing tobacco); (2) have in possession or use alcoholic beverages or bottles while occupying the unit or any of the grounds which comprise the apartments; (3) that resident will have no overnight guests without written consent of the landlord; (4) and that resident will have NO PETS or firearms while living at the apartments. B.
(1) That resident shall maintain the interior for the property in a reasonably clean, neat and safe condition based upon Landlord’s standards, and avoid unreasonable noise or other disruption of the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the premises by other residents.
(2) That resident will submit to periodic cleaning checks by landlord, and resident agrees to do whatever landlord requires, such as performing recommended cleaning to pass these cleaning checks. Failure to comply with recommended cleaning will result in resident’s apartment being cleaned by an agent of the landlord, and the resident will be charged for costs of cleaning.
C. To perform no mechanical work on vehicles, including motorcycles, in apartments or parking areas without written approval from the manager. D. To use the bicycle racks provided and not to bring bicycles inside the apartment. E. Resident agrees to not make any alterations to interior and to leave all items intact, including but not limited to fire alarms, window screens, and light fixtures.
Resident Agrees. Student agrees to make payment of all housing fees established by the Governing Board according to the 2024-2025 payment schedule; to observe all Rules, Regulations and Procedures as published in the Compendium and the Student Code of Conduct published in the Student Handbook, which are by reference made a part of this license agreement and to honor the terms and conditions stated in this license agreement.
