Common use of Resident Subject to University Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Resident Subject to University Policies and Procedures. The Terms and Conditions of Occupancy are based on the established educational goals of the University, consideration for other residents, health and safety standards, compliance with established laws and the University's Code of Student Conduct, Guide to Community Living, University Dining Brochure, Schedule of Occupancy, and the University Bulletin, posted Residence Hall Rules, and all University Policies (collectively, “Campus Policies and Procedures”). Each of these laws, rules, policies and procedures is hereby incorporated by reference into this Contract. Resident is subject and agrees to abide by all requirements set forth in the Campus Policies and Procedures.
