Residential Areas. Residential Tracts may be identified by one double faced or two single faced monument entrance signs with a maximum sign area of twenty four (24) square feet, located in a tract or tracts if using two (2) faced monument entrance signs, as part of a plat that is dedicated specifically for signage and landscape purposes. The signs may be lighted (with lighting directed away from traffic), and except as provided herein, shall comply with the sign regulations in the LDC. Signs shall not exceed six (6) feet in height and shall be uniform and consistent in design. All entrance signs shall be landscaped in accordance with the landscaping requirements of the LDC.
Residential Areas. Upon Owner’s written request, the City shall use its reasonable best efforts, as hereinafter provided, to issue and sell Bonds, in one or more series, for each of the residential Improvement Areas in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Financing District Policy. Each series of Bonds is expected to have a debt service amortization schedule matching the annual Special Taxes available for debt service pursuant to the Rate and Method and for a term of not more than forty (40) years, for the purpose of raising an amount sufficient to pay for the design, planning, engineering, construction management, financing, installation and construction or acquisition of the Public Facilities. In connection with the issuance of the first series of Bonds for each Improvement Area, the City on behalf of itself and the District shall establish criteria for the issuance of Additional Bonds of such Improvement Area which meet the criteria of the Financing District Policy. The timing of the issuance and sale of each series of Bonds, the aggregate principal amount thereof, and the terms and conditions upon which they shall be sold shall be as set forth in this Agreement and otherwise as determined by the City in its sole reasonable discretion after consultation with Owner. Not by way of limitation of the foregoing, the timing of the issuance and sale of the first series of Bonds and any Additional Bonds shall be as soon as reasonably practicable, as determined by the City in its sole reasonable discretion following consultation with its financial advisor, underwriter and other consultants and counsel after written request from Owner. Owner shall use its reasonable best efforts to cooperate with City in connection with any Bond sale.
Residential Areas. Contractor will provide Collection in Residential areas between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Residential Areas. Franchisee will provide collection in residential areas at the 24 following times: 25 1. Monday through Friday between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and 26 2. Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. 27

  • Service Areas HHSC authorizes the MA Dual SNP to add the MA Product to Texas service areas that are not identified in Attachment C, Proposed MA Product Service Areas, provided it receives prior CMS approval and complies with the notice requirements specified in this Agreement.

  • Residential Use; Pets The bedroom space and apartment may be used solely for private residential purposes and for no other purposes. Resident may not carry on any business or other enterprise from the bedroom space or apartment, nor use any Owner- provided Internet connections for business purposes. Resident may place no signs, placards or other advertisement of any character in the bedroom space or apartment, nor display anything in an apartment or bedroom space that is visible from outside the Property or the apartment. Resident may not store at the Property or connect to a Property electrical outlet any mobility device owned by a third party. Pets are permitted in or about the Property only in specified buildings as Owner may in its discretion allow residents to maintain, in each case only following Owner's signature on a Pet Addendum for a single dog or cat per designated apartment, which requires payment of a registration fee and pet rent as provided in the Pet Addendum. All other pets are prohibited anywhere at the Property, except fish in small tanks to the extent approved by Owner in its sole discretion. Violation of the pet policy will subject Resident to deep-cleaning and daily administration fees in Owner’s discretion and may be considered as a termination of this Housing Agreement by Resident.

  • Alpine Areas As of 1 March 2024, the Employer shall pay an Alpine disability allowance of $4.45 for hours worked on Projects in alpine areas. These allowances will be adjusted annually in accordance with CPI (All Groups, Melbourne) movements measured in the twelve month period ending the previous December quarter effective as of 1 March 2025, rounded to the nearest 5 cents.

  • Building Use Agency facilities may be used for Union activities according to current building use policies, so long as the facility is available and proper scheduling has been arranged.

  • Building With respect to each parcel of Real Estate, all of the buildings, structures and improvements now or hereafter located thereon. Business Day. Any day on which banking institutions located in the same city and State as the Agent’s Head Office are located are open for the transaction of banking business and, in the case of LIBOR Rate Loans, which also is a LIBOR Business Day.
