Residential Programs. Both parties recognize that job security will increase in proportion to length of service. Therefore, in the event of a layoff, employees will be laid off by classification, in reverse order of seniority within the appropriate shift within their worksite. Layoff notice will include a current list of junior positions available to bump under Clause 13.4 (Bumping).
Residential Programs. 16.6.1. The Contractor shall maintain the ability to provide Individuals with an intake evaluation at his or her residence, including adult family homes, assisted living facilities, or skilled nursing facilities, including to Individuals discharged from a State Hospital or evaluation and treatment facilities to such placements when the Individual requires an on-site service due to medical needs. 16.6.2. The Contractor shall maintain the ability to provide services to Individuals in their residences, including adult family homes, assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities when required due to medical needs.
Residential Programs. The Parties agree that they have reviewed or have been presented the opportunity to review the residential programs and initiatives to be included in Plan 7, including proposed budgets, assumptions, and underlying data, and agree the proposed programs should be approved.
Residential Programs. The normal scheduled hours of work shall average forty (40) hours per week over a maximum of a fourteen (14) week schedule (averaging); However, in lieu of being entitled to two and one-half (2½) hours in paid lunch breaks per week, the employees’ actual work time shall average thirty-seven and one-half (37½) hours per week over a maximum of a fourteen (14) week schedule (averaging); The employees are eligible, provided the needs of the people we support permit such breaks, for up to two (2) breaks of up to fifteen (15) minutes each per regular full-time shift. Holiday pay shall be calculated and paid out in accordance with the Employment Standards Act. Breaks are not bankable if missed.
