RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY DISCLOSURE. [Initial only one line] Buyer acknowledges receipt from Seller of a signed and dated Residential Property Disclosure Form in compliance with Ohio Revised Code Section 5302.30 et. seq. (the “Residential Disclosure Law”). A copy of the disclosure is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A. OR Buyer acknowledges that the Property does not contain a previously occupied residential dwell- ing and that the Residential Disclosure Law does not apply to this transaction.
