Common use of Resident’s Club Clause in Contracts

Resident’s Club. (a) The Promoter proposes to set up a club and/or a resident’s activity centre for use of the Allottees in the Project (the "CLUB"). The Club will form part of the Common Areas of the Project and will be handed over to the Association in due course. During the interim maintenance period, the Club shall be managed by the Promoter either by itself or through its nominee.
