Montana Residents. A Montana resident may cancel her Ambassador or Influencer Agreement within 15 days from the date on which this application is submitted and may return his or her sales kit within such time and is entitled to a full refund for the sales kit and for any other consideration he/she paid within such time period to participate in the program.
Montana Residents. A Montana resident may cancel his or her Distributor Agreement within 15 days from the date of enrollment, and may return his or her starter kit for a full refund within such time period.

Additionally, all Montana residents are entitled to a twelve (12) month refund on all unsold and resalable (as described in the Policies and Procedures) inventory and sales aids in the event of resignation or termination.
