Common use of Residents Under Clause in Contracts

Residents Under. the Age of 16: Where the Resident is under the age of 16 years, the Agreement must be signed by the parent or legal guardian of the Resident in order to be binding on the University. The undersigned parents or guardian of the Resident hereby acknowledges full responsibility and liability for all covenants and obligations of the Resident as provided for in this Agreement including, but not limited to, payment of all Residence Fees.
