Residual Program Funding. (a) Protected Funding Pools - Protected Funding Pool balances shall be reconciled annually by the Minister and any surplus in a Protected Funding Pool shall be available to the Society as agreed by the Parties for alternate use or reallocation. Any over-expenditure of a Protected Funding Pool shall be funded with the existing surplus from other Protected Funding Pools, or shall be recovered from the following year’s Distribution if no funding is available in the current year. As of the Effective Date, the Protected Funding Pools are as follows: (i) Mandated On-Call (ii) Second Call (iii) Province Wide Call (iv) Seniors Code “SP” (v) Chronic Disease Management (vi) Chart Initiation Fee (vii) Seniors Code “GP”
