Research Funding definition

Research Funding means the research funding and license payments made by PDL to EXEL as described in Section 9.2.
Research Funding means the funding to be paid by RWJPRI to KOSAN for the conduct of the RESEARCH PROGRAM.
Research Funding means the total amount of funds payable to the Research Organization by JAXA under Article 8 of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Research Funding

Research Funding shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.3(c).
Research Funding. Payments shall be payable quarterly as follows:

Any consideration received by Licensee, its Affiliates, Joint Ventures, or sublicensees for the conduct of scientific research that does not use the Biological Product or is not covered by the Patent Rights is outside the scope of this Agreement, and The Regents is not entitled to share in such consideration.
