Common use of Residual Rights of Consultant Clause in Contracts

Residual Rights of Consultant. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Consultant shall be free to use its general skills, know-how and expertise in the course of providing its services to others, provided that Consultant shall not specifically disclose any Confidential Information and/or provide Work Product to any third party in so doing. 7.0.
