Resignation and Release of Claims. Promptly following expiration or termination of Executive’s employment hereunder, and as a precondition to Executive being entitled to receive any separation pay or benefits, Executive shall execute and deliver to Employer a Resignation and Release of Claims in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A (subject to modification by Employer as may be necessary to ensure that all waivable claims are properly covered).
