Resignation and Removal of Indenture Trustee. (a) The Indenture Trustee may resign at any time by giving written notice to the Shipowner. Within 10 days thereafter, the resigning Indenture Trustee shall give notice of such resignation to the Obligees in the manner provided in Section 13.01. If the resigning Indenture Trustee fails to do so within such 10-day period, within the next succeeding 10 days the Shipowner shall give such notice in the same manner.
