Common use of Resignation as a Member of the Board of Directors Clause in Contracts

Resignation as a Member of the Board of Directors. In all cases of termination of Executive’s employment, including upon the expiration of this Agreement (if applicable), unless otherwise agreed to in writing, Executive shall be deemed to have contemporaneously resigned from his position as a member of the Board and any other position he then holds with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or other entities controlled by, controlling, or under common control with, the Company (“Affiliated Entities”) and shall execute any documentation reasonably required by the Company in order to effectuate such resignation.
