Common use of Resignation as an Officer and Director Clause in Contracts

Resignation as an Officer and Director. Upon the effective date of any Employee Termination, Employee shall be deemed to have resigned, to the extent applicable, as an officer of the Company, as a member of the board of directors or similar body of any Subsidiary of the Company and as a fiduciary of any Company benefit plan.
