Common use of Resignation by Agent Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Agent. (a) The Agent may resign at any time by giving notice to Transferor and the Purchasers. Such resignation shall take effect upon the appointment of a successor Agent pursuant to subsections (b) and (c) below or as otherwise provided below.
