Common use of Resignation by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Consultant. Consultant may resign from Consultant's engagement pursuant to Section 1 at any time by providing at least ninety (90) days' written notice to the Company. The effective date of the resignation shall be stated in the notice.

Resignation by Consultant. The Consultant may terminate this Agreement and resign from Consultant's engagement pursuant to Section 1 his position as a consultant at any time time, for any reason or no reason, with or without Cause (as defined below), by providing at least ninety the Board thirty (9030) days' days advance written notice notice. Thereafter, all obligations of the Company under this Agreement shall cease except that Consultant will be entitled to the Company. The Consultant Compensation (as defined below) earned through the effective date of the resignation shall be stated in the noticeresignation.
