Common use of Resignation by Executive (other than for Good Reason) Clause in Contracts

Resignation by Executive (other than for Good Reason). (a) Executive may resign for any reason from Executive’s employment with the Company at any time by giving notice as described in Section 6.7. (b) In the event Executive resigns from Executive’s employment with the Company (other than for Good Reason), Executive will not receive the Non-CIC Severance Benefits, the CIC Severance Benefits, or any other severance compensation or benefit, except that, consistent with the Company’s standard payroll policies, the Company shall provide to Executive the Accrued Obligations.

Resignation by Executive (other than for Good Reason). (a) Executive may resign for any reason from Executive’s employment with the Company at any time by giving notice as described in Section 6.76.6 below. (b) In the event Executive resigns from Executive’s employment with the Company (other than for Good Reason), Executive will not receive the Non-CIC Severance Benefits, the CIC Severance Benefits, or any other severance compensation or benefit, except that, consistent with pursuant to the Company’s standard payroll policies, the Company shall provide to Executive the Accrued Obligations.

(b) In the event Executive resigns from Executive’s employment with the Company (other than for Good Reason), Executive will not receive the Non-CIC Severance Benefits, the CIC Severance Benefits, or any other severance compensation or benefit, except that, consistent with pursuant to the Company’s standard payroll policies, the Company shall provide to Executive the Accrued Obligations.
