Common use of Resignation by the Executive Clause in Contracts

Resignation by the Executive. (1) The Executive shall have the right to terminate the Term, by way of resignation, upon ninety (90) days’ written notice to the Company. A termination by the Executive for good reason pursuant to Subsection 6.B.(2) shall not be considered a resignation pursuant to this Subsection 6.C.(1). (2) In the event the Term is terminated pursuant to Subsection 6.C.(1), the provisions of Subsections 5.C.(1) and 5.C.

A termination by the Executive for good reason pursuant to Subsection 6.B.(26.C.(2) shall not be considered a resignation pursuant to this Subsection 6.C.(16.D.(1). (2) In the event the Term is terminated pursuant to Subsection 6.C.(16.D.(1), the provisions of Subsections 5.C.(15.C.(2) and 5.C. (3) shall continue to apply for one year after the conclusion of the Term.

A termination by the Executive for good reason Good Reason pursuant to Subsection 6.B.(2Section 6.D(2) shall not be considered a resignation pursuant to this Subsection 6.C.(1Section 6.E(1). (2) In the event If the Term is terminated pursuant to Subsection 6.C.(1Section 6.E(1), the Executive’s entire right to salary and benefits hereunder shall cease at the effective date of the termination of the Term, but the provisions of Subsections 5.C.(1Section 5.B shall continue to apply for twelve (12) and 5.C.months following the conclusion of the Term.

(2) In the event the Term is terminated pursuant to Subsection 6.C.(16.D.(1), the provisions of Subsections 5.C.(15.C.(2) and 5.C. (3) shall continue to apply for one year after the conclusion of the Term.

(3) shall continue to apply for one year after the conclusion of the Term.

(3) shall continue to apply for one year after the conclusion of the Term.
