Common use of Resignation by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by the Trustee. The Trustee may resign at any time from the trusts created hereby by giving written notice of the resignation to the Issuer, the Company, the Registrar and any Paying Agents of Senior Bonds then outstanding and by mailing written notice of the resignation to the Holders as their names and addresses appear on the Register at the close of business fifteen days prior to the mailing. The resignation shall take effect upon the appointment of a successor Trustee.

Resignation by the Trustee. The Trustee may resign at any time from the trusts created hereby by giving written notice of the resignation to the Issuer, Company and the Company, the Registrar and any Paying Agents of Senior Bonds then outstanding and by mailing written notice of the resignation to the Holders Debenture holders as their names and addresses appear on the Register Debenture Register, at the close of business fifteen 15 days prior to the mailing. The resignation shall take effect upon the appointment of a successor Trustee.

The resignation shall take effect upon the appointment of a successor TrusteeTrustee as provided for in Section 5.09 hereof or an order of a court of competent jurisdiction allowing the Trustee to resign.

The resignation shall take effect upon the appointment of of, and acceptance by, a successor Trustee.
