Common use of Resignation by the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Resignation by the Trustee. The Trustee may at any time resign from the trusts hereby created by giving sixty (60) days written notice by registered or certified mail to the Issuer, the Borrower, the Liquidity Provider, if any, the Bond Insurer, the Owner of each Bond and the Remarketing Agent, if any, and such resignation shall not take effect until the appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Section 76 83

Resignation by the Trustee. The Trustee and any successor Trustee may at any time resign from the trusts hereby created by giving sixty (60) days 30 days' written notice to the Issuer and the Lessee and by registered or certified first class mail to the Issuer, the Borrower, the Liquidity Provider, if any, the Bond Insurer, the Owner each registered owner of each Bond and the Remarketing Agent, if anyBonds, and such resignation shall not take effect until at the end of such 30 day period, or upon the earlier appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant by the owners of the Bonds or by the Issuer. Such notice to the provisions of Section 76 83Issuer may be served personally or sent by registered or certified mail.

Such notice to the provisions of Section 76 83Issuer and to the Lessee may be served personally or sent by registered mail.
