Resignation by the Trustee. The Trustee may at any time resign from the trusts hereby created by giving sixty (60) days written notice by registered or certified mail to the Issuer, the Borrower, the Liquidity Provider, if any, the Bond Insurer, the Owner of each Bond and the Remarketing Agent, if any, and such resignation shall not take effect until the appointment of a successor Trustee pursuant to the provisions of Section 76 83
