Common use of Resignation by You Clause in Contracts

Resignation by You. You have the right to resign your employment with Blackboard at any time, with or without Good Reason, provided that you may resign with Good Reason only if you provide notice of such reason for resignation to Blackboard stating that such reason will be grounds for resignation with Good Reason, and if Blackboard fails to cure such reason within thirty (30) days following receipt of such notice.

Resignation by You. You have the right to resign your employment with Blackboard at any time, with or without Good Reason, provided that you may resign with Good Reason only if (i) you provide notice of such reason for resignation to Blackboard within 90 days of the initial existence of the condition giving rise to the Good Reason and stating that such reason will be grounds for resignation with Good Reason, and (ii) if Blackboard fails to cure such reason within thirty (30) days following receipt of such notice. Furthermore, any such resignation shall occur within one (1) year of the occurrence of a Good Reason event.
