Common use of Resignation from Board of Directors Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Board of Directors. In the event that Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated for any reason, Executive agrees to resign as a director of the Company if so requested by the Company.

Resignation from Board of Directors. In If the event that Executive’s employment with Executive is a director of the Company Parent or any member of the Group, and his status as an employee is terminated for any reasonreason other than death, the Executive agrees shall, if requested by the Company, and as a condition to be paid or reimbursed any amounts or benefits hereunder, immediately resign as a director of the Company if so requested by Parent or other member of the CompanyGroup.

In the event that Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated for any reason, in accordance with this Agreement or Executive agrees to resign resigns as a director Executive Chairman of the Company if so requested by or otherwise becomes unaffiliated with the Company, Executive shall, and does hereby agree to, tender his written resignation from the Board effective on the date of termination, resignation or non-affiliation.
