Common use of Resignation from Officer and Director Positions Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Officer and Director Positions. Effective as of the Effective Date, Executive hereby resigns as Executive Vice President - Drilling and Subsea of the Company and any and all director and other officer (or equivalent) positions he holds with the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Executive agrees to take any and all further acts necessary to accomplish these resignations.

Resignation from Officer and Director Positions. Effective as of December 31, 2014 (the Effective “Retirement Date”), Executive hereby resigns as Executive Vice President - Drilling and Subsea President, President—Production & Infrastructure of the Company and any and all director and other officer (or equivalent) positions he holds with the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Executive agrees to take any and all further acts necessary to accomplish these resignations.

Effective as As required under Section 3(f) of the Effective DateEmployment Agreement, effective March 8, 2014, Executive hereby resigns from his position as Executive Senior Vice President - Drilling and Subsea President, Commercial of the Company and any and all director director, manager and other officer (or equivalent) positions he holds with the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Executive agrees to take any and all further acts necessary to accomplish these resignations.

Resignation from Officer and Director Positions. Effective as of August 1, 2013 (the Effective “Resignation Date”), Executive hereby resigns as Executive Vice President - Drilling and Subsea of the Company and any and all director and other officer (or equivalent) positions he holds with the Company and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Executive agrees to take any and all further acts necessary to accomplish these resignations.
