Common use of Resignation from Offices and Directorships Clause in Contracts

Resignation from Offices and Directorships. As of the Separation Date, Executive shall resign from all officer and director positions with the Company, its subsidiaries or any affiliates of any of them (including, without limitation, Executive’s position as President of the Company). Executive agrees to execute such additional documentation as the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates may reasonably request to effectuate such resignations.

Resignation from Offices and Directorships. As of the Separation Effective Date, Executive shall resign from all officer and director positions with the Company, its subsidiaries or any affiliates of any of them (including, without limitation, Executive’s position as President Chief Marketing Officer of the Company). Executive agrees to execute such additional documentation as the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates may reasonably request to effectuate such resignations.

Resignation from Offices and Directorships. As Effective as of the Separation three-month anniversary of the Closing Date (the “Termination Date”), Executive shall resign from any and all officer and director positions with the CompanyCompany Group, its subsidiaries or any affiliates of any of them (including, without limitation, Executive’s position including from his positions as Senior Vice President of the Company)and Chief Scientific Officer. Executive agrees to execute such additional documentation as promptly sign all appropriate documentation, if any, prepared by the Company or its subsidiaries or affiliates may reasonably request Group to effectuate such resignationsfacilitate the resignations contemplated by this Section 1.
