Resignation from Positions with the Company. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Executive agrees to resign, as soon as administratively practicable, from any and all positions held with the Company or any subsidiary or affiliate of the Company, at the time of termination of the Executive’s employment if the Executive’s employment is terminated pursuant to Sections 7(b), (c), (d) or (e) of this Agreement and the Executive is serving in any such positions at such time.
