Common use of Resignation of Employee Clause in Contracts

Resignation of Employee. If Employee resigns prior to the end of the term of this Agreement, this Agreement shall terminate immediately, and the Company shall pay to Employee that part of his Base Salary which would otherwise be payable to Employee through the effective date of his resignation. Upon such payment, all obligations in any manner whatsoever of ACG to Employee shall be fully satisfied.

Upon such payment, all obligations in any manner whatsoever of ACG Company to Employee shall be fully satisfied.
