Common use of Resignation of Offices Clause in Contracts

Resignation of Offices. Upon the Date of Termination for any reason (other than an expiration of the Term of Employment), Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as a director and/or officer of the Company and any similar positions he held with any Subsidiary of the Company.

The Executive shall promptly deliver to the Company any additional documents reasonably required by the Company to confirm such resignations.

Upon The Executive hereby resigns from all offices, directorships, and fiduciary positions with the Date Company, its related companies, and their respective employee benefit plans effective on the last day of Termination for any reason (other than an expiration of the Term of Employment), Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as a director and/or officer of the Company and any similar positions he held his employment with any Subsidiary of the Company.

Upon the Date of Termination Executive’s termination for any reason (other than an expiration of the Term of Employment)Executive’s death, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned as a director and/or officer resign from all offices of the Company (including, but not limited to, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary (if then applicable)) and of all subsidiaries, affiliates, and related entities of the Company and any similar positions he held with any Subsidiary of Executive agrees to sign all documents necessary to effect such resignations at such time(s) as the CompanyCompany shall request.

Upon the Date of Termination for any reason (other than an expiration Effective as of the Term of Employment)Separation Date, Executive shall be deemed to have resigned voluntarily resigns his position as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and from any and all other offices or manager positions which he holds at the Company, Parent, or the Company’s subsidiaries. Effective as of the date hereof, Executive voluntarily resigns his position as a director and/or officer Director of the Parent and the Company and all board positions which he holds at any similar positions he held with any Subsidiary subsidiaries of the Company.
