Common use of Resignation or Termination by the Company for Cause Clause in Contracts

Resignation or Termination by the Company for Cause. If the Triggering Event was Executive’s Resignation (other than a Resignation for Good Reason) or a Termination by the Company for Cause, then Executive shall be entitled to receive Executive’s Annual Base Compensation and accrued but unused vacation time through the date of the Triggering Event, and to continue to participate in the Company’s executive welfare plans and programs (including, without limitations, health insurance plans) through the date of the Triggering Event and, thereafter, only to the extent permitted under the terms of such plans and programs.
