Common use of Resignation or Termination for Cause Clause in Contracts

Resignation or Termination for Cause. If the Employment Period is terminated as a result of Executive's voluntary resignation, or by the Company or Holding for Cause, or for any other reason not set forth in Sections 2.4(c) or 2.4(d) hereof, the Executive shall be entitled to his Base Salary through the date of termination, but shall not be entitled to any further Base Salary, Total Annual Bonus or Benefits for that year or any future year, or to any severance compensation of any kind, nature or amount. Executive agrees that he shall provide at least 90 days' written notice prior to any voluntary resignation.
