Resignation or Termination for Cause. If the Participant’s employment with the Company is terminated for “Cause” (as defined in the Participant’s employment offer letter or agreement, as applicable, or in the absence of such provision, as defined herein) or due to the Participant’s voluntary resignation, all RSUs shall immediately be forfeited and canceled effective as of the effective date of the Participant’s Termination of Employment as a result of the Participant’s resignation or termination for Cause.
