Common use of Resignation or Withdrawal of Members Clause in Contracts

A Member does not have the right or power to resign or withdraw from the Company as a Member unless an additional Member or Members have been properly admitted in accordance with Section 3.3 or 3.4 hereof such that there are at all times a minimum of two Members in the Company.
