Resignation, Removal, and Successors. Any Trustee may resign at any time by delivering to the Employer a written notice of resignation to take effect at a date specified therein, which shall not be less than thirty (30) days after the delivery thereof; the Employer may waive such notice. The Trustee may be removed by the Employer with or without cause, by tendering to the Trustee a written notice of removal to take effect at a date specified therein. Upon such removal or resignation of a Trustee, the Employer shall either appoint a successor Trustee who shall have the same powers and duties as those conferred upon the resigning or discharged Trustee, or, if a group of individuals is acting as Trustee, determine that a successor shall not be appointed and the number of Trustees shall be reduced by one (1).
