Resignation; Separation Pay and Benefits. YOU have informed the Company on the date hereof that YOU have resigned, effective as of December 31, 2022, all positions YOU hold with the Company and each of its subsidiaries, including any service on the Board (or similar governing body) of the Company and any of its subsidiaries.
