  • Termination Upon Notice Following thirty (30) days’ written notice, the State Entity may terminate the Contract in whole or in part without the payment of any penalty or incurring any further obligation to the Contractor. Following termination upon notice, the Contractor shall be entitled to compensation, upon submission of invoices and proper proof of claim, for goods and services provided under the Contract to the State Entity up to and including the date of termination.

  • Resignation Notice To resign in good standing, an employee shall give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation. Failure of an employee to give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation will result in loss of the privilege to be rehired in the Minnesota Judicial Branch.   • AUTOMATIC RESIGNATION a.   • Notice of Resignation If an Employee desires to terminate her employment, she shall endeavour to forward a letter of resignation to the Employer four (4) weeks prior to the effective date of termination, and in any event, not less than two (2) weeks prior to the effective date of termination, provided however the Employer may accept a shorter period of notice.

  • Termination for Cause If Vendor fails to materially perform pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, TIPS shall provide written notice to Vendor specifying the default. If Vendor does not cure such default within thirty (30) days, TIPS may terminate this Agreement, in whole or in part, for cause. If TIPS terminates this Agreement for cause, and it is later determined that the termination for cause was wrongful, the termination shall automatically be converted to and treated as a termination for convenience.
