Common use of Resignation upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Resignation upon Termination. In the event of termination of this Agreement other than by death, Executive shall, and shall be deemed to have, resigned from all positions held with the Company, including without limitation, any position as a director, officer, agent, trustee or consultant of the Company or any affiliate of the Company effective the date of termination of employment.
