Common use of RESIGNATION WITHOUT CAUSE Clause in Contracts

RESIGNATION WITHOUT CAUSE. The Executive may terminate his employment by providing the Company at least thirty (30) days advance written notice; provided that in such event, the Executive will cease performing any duties and responsibilities immediately or at any time during such thirty (30) day period, if so requested by the Company.

RESIGNATION WITHOUT CAUSE. The Executive may terminate his her employment for reasons other than those referred to in paragraph 2(e) hereof by providing giving the Company at least thirty not less than forty-five (3045) days advance written notice; provided that in such event, the Executive will cease performing any duties and responsibilities her employment immediately or at any time during such thirty forty-five (3045) day period, if so requested by the Company. In such event the provisions of paragraph 13(a)(iii) shall apply and the Executive's rights under any applicable benefit plans of the Company shall be determined under the provisions of those plans.

The Executive may terminate his Executive's employment and this Agreement by providing the Company at least thirty (30) days advance written notice; provided that in such event, the Executive will cease performing any duties and responsibilities immediately or at any time during such thirty (30) day period, if so requested by the Company. In the event Executive's employment terminates for any reason during the term of this Agreement, then this Agreement shall likewise terminate on the same date; provided, however, that PARAGRAPHS 11, 12, 14 and 16 of this Agreement shall survive its termination.
