Resignations/Terminations. Section 1. An employee wishing to resign shall give the Employer two (2) weeks notice of resignation. Resignation notices should be submitted in writing and specify the last day the employee is to be at work. Section 2. The employee who resigns employment with the Employer and complies with the notice provisions of Section 1, or who is terminated by the Employer, will receive pay for all accrued, unused paid time off in accordance with Article 36, Paid Time Off.
