Common use of Resignations Clause in Contracts

Resignations. On the Closing Date, the Company shall cause to be delivered to Parent duly signed resignations, effective immediately at the Effective Time, of all members of the boards of directors of the Company and its Subsidiaries of their positions as directors and of all officers of the Company and its Subsidiaries of their positions as officers.
