Common use of Resilience Clause in Contracts

Resilience. (a) Each Recipient will use commercially reasonable efforts to work with the Department, subject to compliance with U.S. and other relevant regulations, to accelerate supply chain resilience with domestic materials suppliers where practicable. (b) The NY Recipient shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the agreements with the general contractor for the NY Projects contain terms relating to physical and non-physical security substantially similar to, or greater in scope than, those contained in the agreements with the general contractor for the ID Project, or are otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Department.
