Resilient Flooring. 1. Possible Deficiency - Nail pops appear on the surface of resilient flooring. Performance Standard - Readily apparent surface nail pops are deficiencies. Responsibility - Builder will correct surface nail pops that have caused damage to the floor material and repair or replace damaged floor covering in the affected area. Builder is not responsible for discontinued patterns or color variations. All tears and gouges must be noted prior to closing on your home.
