Fences. Except for establishment cost incurred by the United States and replacement cost not due to the Landowner’s negligence or malfeasance, all other costs involved in maintenance of fences and similar facilities to exclude livestock are the responsibility of the Landowner. The installation or use of fences which have the effect of preventing wildlife access and use of the Easement Area are prohibited on the Easement Area, easement boundary, or on the Landowner’s land that is immediately adjacent to, and functionally related to, the Easement Area.
Fences. Wire fences shall be tightened if loose. Broken strands of wire or wood railings shall be replaced.

Fences. Existing fences may be repaired or replaced and new fences may be built on the Property for the purposes of excluding or managing wildlife or livestock in a manner that is customary in the region where the Property is located and consistent with the purposes of this Deed.
Fences. Lessee is not permitted to construct or cause to be constructed a fence without written permission from Lessor. All fences will be stained wood or vinyl and not to exceed 4 feet tall.
Fences. Unless otherwise approved by Declarant, no fence may be constructed within the Project except along the boundary of the Project on Parcels 7 and 8. The construction of any fence is subject to the approval of the Architectural Committee.
Fences. What is the fence made of? Is the fence in place, leaning, or fallen? Are portions missing? Does the fence enclose the entire cemetery? If not, how many monuments or other markers does the fence enclose? What is it made of? Is there any visible damage and, if so, what kind/where? Is there any visible biological growth and, if so, what kind/where?
Fences. Tenant shall be responsible for any damage, abuse, misuse, or neglect of fences on Premises caused by Tenant, occupants, guests, family members, or any other persons related to or affiliated in any way with Tenant, or by any pets belonging to said parties. Tenant shall notify Landlord immediately in writing of any damage to or deterioration of fences.
