Common use of RESOLD SERVICES Clause in Contracts

RESOLD SERVICES. Any Services and Resold Services will be set out on an Order. Where an Order specifies Services and Resold Services: (i) Supplier will provide Services to Customer subject to the terms of this Agreement; and (ii) the third party will provide Resold Services to Customer subject to the terms of the separate contract in place between Customer and the third party. Supplier is only responsible for its own Services and not any Resold Services.

Where an Order specifies Services and Resold Services: (ia) Supplier will provide Services to Customer subject to the terms of this Agreement; and (iib) the third party will provide Resold Services to Customer subject to the terms of the separate contract in place between Customer and the third party’s terms stated in the Order. Supplier is only responsible for its own Services and not any Resold Services.
