Resolution by the Office of the Governor. If the conflict is not resolved through conflict resolution pursuant to sections 5.01, 5.02, and 5.03 of this Agreement, the affected parties shall petition the Executive Office of the Governor for resolution of the conflict pursuant to its procedures. Resolution of the conflict by the Executive Office of the Governor shall be binding on the affected parties.
