RESOLUTION OF JJEC DISPUTES. In the event that the JJEC cannot reach consensus on the evaluation of a position, the Committee will provide a written summary outlining the areas of dispute and the rationale for the differing viewpoints. The summary shall be sent to the Joint Standing Committee with copies forwarded to the incumbent to the position and the manager no later than five (5) working days following the JJEC meeting. The Joint Standing Committee will have twenty (20) working days to resolve the dispute. If a resolution is not reached in the matter, it will then be referred to arbitration.
