Resolving Time Burden Issues. Any allegations by City Light management that a Xxxxxxx or Local Officer is spending an unreasonable amount of time performing the aforementioned duties shall be settled at the lowest level possible. If these matters are unable to be settled at the department level, they may be referred to the Director of Labor Relations or a designee for discussions with the Representative. The Representative shall assume the responsibility of communicating to the Xxxxxxx or Local Officer any concerns or expectations resulting from the above discussions with the Director of Labor Relations or a designee.
