Resource Allocation and Development Costs. Each party agrees to bear its own costs incurred in the Joint Development Program, except as specifically provided for in a separate instrument. The Parties acknowledge and agree that each Party’s participation in the Joint Development Program shall be determined based upon the availability of its own technical personnel and financial resources, at the sole discretion of each individual participating Party. Further, the contribution of each party in terms of intellectual property shall be duly considered, alongside consideration of the level of effort in personnel and resources contributed to the Joint Development Program, when determining joint ownership of resulting intellectual property.
